FORMS fundamental movements were varied most of which represent either attack technique or defense, making up a logical and defined.
The student practiced systematically with several imaginary opponents in various situations using all attacking and blocking tools possible in different directions.
These practices forms enable the student to train many fundamental movements in series, develop fighting techniques, improve flexibility of movements, the physical condition, build muscle, breath control, develop fluid and smooth motions and win rhythmicity of movements.
It enabled the students also acquire certain special techniques which could not be obtained by another basic exercise or combat.
A shape can be compared to a tactical unit if the movement is a workout of an individual soldier or an alphabet if the motion is compared to an individual training of a letter.
According to the form, the ratio of all the movements is a series of action, potency test, achievement and beauty.
While the combat may merely indicate that an opponent is more or less advanced, Poomsae are a barometer most critical in the evolution of the individual techniques.
The position is of great importance as it is a scientific technique of attack and defense, which is based on the movement of all the body components.

Your workout consists of moves within a diagram, in various directions with imaginary opponents in all directions.

It is very important you get used to the correct positions from the start.
Developed from a scientific establishment muscle and bone, associated with the intensity of the applied force, it requires much effort and tenacity in the practice of poomsae.
