From the technical point of view, is the very Taekwondo Poomsae and basic movements are nothing more than preliminary actions to achieve the Poomsae.
The Kyorugi is a practical application of Poomsae, and spirit of Taekwondo is not manifested in an abstract mental philosophy expressed in the documents, but the actions of Poomsae.
So what is the Poomsae? The poomsae is the style of conduct which expresses directly or indirectly mental and physical refinements as well as the principles of attack and defense which are the results of the cultivation of the spirit of taekwondo and its techniques.
