Taekwondo Poomsae composition
2 - Composition: The composition of poomsae movements is different according to the rate of poom, techniques hands and feet, bases, and their moving directions.
Except for certain special cases, the poomsae movements are distributed equally among all parts of the body symmetry between front and back, and between left and right.
Then, the proportion of techniques foot and hand techniques is the criterion established to define the composition of poomsae movements.
a.Poomsae with priority hand techniques.
b.Poomsae with the priority on foot techniques.
c.Poomsae in which are distributed hand techniques and foot techniques evenly.
