Considerations for training poomsae
The Poomsae is a series of alternating actions of attack and defense, so there are frequent changes of stocks and technical connections.
One should pay attention to the movements of the body, eyes, respiration, etc..
For a good training should follow the following steps:
Complete understanding of the meaning of Poomsae and principles of its composition;
- Saving the diagram Poomsae, movements and directions;
- Consider the look during practice, the center of gravity, rhythm, strength and breathing.
